Relief that starts with an accurate diagnosis
Orthopedic board certification means conditions get properly evaluated before they get adjusted.
From acute flare-ups to long-standing spinal complaints.
Focused treatment for balance and positional vertigo symptoms.
Whiplash and collision injuries, documented properly for your claim.
Tracing radiating pain to its source instead of chasing symptoms.
Treatment and QME evaluations for on-the-job injuries.
Getting weekend athletes and competitors back to training safely.
Cervicogenic and tension headaches traced to the neck and posture.
Shoulders, hips, knees — orthopedic evaluation beyond the spine.
What to expect
A thorough history and orthopedic examination — we diagnose before we treat, every time.
You'll know what's wrong, what we recommend, and how long it should take before anything begins.
Hands-on care with progress you can feel, re-evaluated as you improve — not open-ended visit plans.
Patrick T. Noll, DC, DABCO, QME
Dr. Noll graduated from the Los Angeles College of Chiropractic in 1985 and opened his Vista practice the following year. In the four decades since, he has earned board certification in chiropractic orthopedics — a diplomate-level credential held by only a small number of chiropractors in San Diego County.
That orthopedic training shapes how the practice works: careful examination and honest diagnosis first, treatment second. Patients describe him as thorough, knowledgeable, and caring — many have been coming to the same office on Santa Fe Avenue for decades.
Insurance: most PPO plans are accepted, and personal-injury and work-injury cases are handled routinely. Coverage varies by plan — call the office and we'll verify yours before your first visit.
